THE COGNOTEC AUTODEAL+ PLATFORM FEATURES A FULLY AUTOMATED, HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED AND COMPONENT-BASED PRICING AND EXECUTION ENGINE.

The AutoDeal+ component platform is based on a hierarchy structure with the AutoDeal+ distribution channels at the top. The next level down the hierarchy depicts the AutoDeal+ Business Component Framework (BCF), encapsulating the business components in AutoDeal+ at the logical level. The key abstractions and integration points are at this level, allowing customers to integrate directly with the AutoDeal+ platform.

Beneath the BCF layer sits the technology platform called the Matrix Financial Services Architecture (FSA), providing a high performance, mission critical, component-based technology backbone to the BCF.

Supporting the Matrix FSA are two further layers - the Matrix Application Server and the Matrix Database Layer. The Matrix Application Server provides the underlying environment on which the higher level application tiers run. Features of this layer include a focus on mission critical capabilities, open standards (J2EE, Java, XML) and ease-of-administration.

The Matrix Database Layer is based on Oracle technology. The architecture of this layer clearly demonstrates our focus on scalability, performance and high availability. The Database layer also underpins the Matrix BCF Data Model. This data architecture defines the core entities, relationships, integrity and views for the business components in the BCF Framework.
