Listed below are some of the core aspects of our training offering: Technical Knowledge Transfer: To transfer technical understanding of our AutoDeal and RealStream products and capabilities to the bank's technical team. The key objective is to enable the bank's information technology staff to be skilled in diagnosing issues for the on-site components of the service, and to decide on co-ordination points, between bank support team and the Cognotec Network Operations Centre. Functional Knowledge Transfer: To transfer functional understanding of our AutoDeal and RealStream products and capabilities to the bank's business team. The key aim is to enable the bank to maximise its use of the functional aspects of the solution and its delivery to their buy-side clients. Product Configuration: Guided mentoring in, and assistance with, the configuration of the product to meet the banks requirements. Customised Training: Training is tailored to the requirements of the audience in terms of content and pace.
