ASP IMPLEMENTATION

The deployment of the Cognotec AutoDeal service is managed from start to finish by Cognotec Professional Services.

The deployment is:

  • Managed in terms of expectations, costs and schedules
  • Implemented according to your prescribed configuration
  • Optimised to meet your business requirements
  • Customised to enable transfer of maximum benefits to the bank
  • Executed professionally

A dedicated Cognotec Project Manager will work closely with the bank to ensure that all aspects of the implementation are meticulously planned and executed.

The implementation is done in several stages:

  1. INITIATION: A project manager is assigned to work closely with the bank.
  2. REQUIREMENTS CAPTURE: Business and technical objectives are agreed, and a project plan is drawn up
  3. BUILD: Work on a customer system takes place at Cognotec premises to minimise installation engineer's on-site time
    a. SERVICE BUILD: The required components of the service are ordered, configured and built. This includes the domain names, digital certificates etc.
    b. INFRASTRUCTURE BUILD: Includes both communications and on-site hardware/software
  4. IMPLEMENTATION: When the service is ready to be deployed, the systems are connected to the Cognotec monitored environment and to the bank's rates feed, and back office.
  5. TRAINING: Product training is conducted with key members of the bank's customer deployment team.
  6. OPERATIONAL DEPLOYMENT: The system is made live and operational under the close supervision of the Cognotec product experts and the bank's team. Cognotec work closely with the bank to ensure that the business plan is followed, e.g. customer deployment, achieving targeted activity levels, etc.
